Brief Introduction:
The liquid flow modifier CM501 is a Homopolymer of Buty1 Acrylate (BuA) which can be used in powder coatings to reduce or eliminate surface defects such as craters, fisheyes, pinholes and orange peel as well as promote flow and leveling properties this product will be supplied in the form of a clear viscous liquid resin with 100% active contents.

Use Range:
CM501 is widely used in various powder coating systems such as epoxy. Hybrid, PU, and polyester/TGIC or polyester/primid. Also used in other liquid coatings.

Use Levels:
Typically used at levels of 0.5-1.5% based on the total weight of powder coating. However using the form of solid masterbatch containing CM501 flow agent is to handling and incorporation into the coating formulations easily.

Package and Storage:

Packing with the cylindrical tinplate drum.
Net wight 50 kg per package.
Store in cool dry place. Avoid contacting flame.
